Once the schedule has been validated with the guide, you will receive an email including a quote, with the summary of the service and the associated price.

Note that the reservation will only be effective after payment of the 50% deposit, see the Terms of sale.

• For “Bordeaux Unesco” visits “without an immersive Virtual Reality experience option”: the meeting point is at the “Pont de pierre”, opposite the Porte de Bourgogne.

• For “Bordeaux Unesco” visits “with an immersive Virtual Reality experience option”: the meeting point is in front of the “Grosse Cloche”, at the Cours Victor Hugo.

• For “Bordeaux Bike Tour” and “New Bordeaux Tour”, in half-day format: the meeting point can be for example at Place Gambetta or Place de la Victoire. As these visits require the rental of a bike in Bordeaux Center, the meeting point will be fixed according to the districts that we will choose to visit during the tour.

• For tailor-made visits and personalized excursions, we can jointly agree on a meeting point depending on your accommodation.

A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon payment of the 50% deposit.

This confirmation will include a global program with the activities planned during the day of excursion.

A detailed program can be sent to you 24 hours before the date of the day trip/multiple days trip, if you make a formal request (cf. verification of  our partners’ availability, for the immersive workshops)

For tailor-made excursions and personalized day / multi-day tours, we can jointly agree on a specific meeting point, such as your accommodation, hotel, the train station or the airport.

Young people under 15 benefit from a reduced rate on guided tours in Bordeaux. Anyone over 15 years old is considered an adult.

Free admission is valid for children under 8 years old.
